CTE Musical Theatre Camp 2013
Beat the heat while you beat the beat! Fun, lively, interactive, and educational – you can’t beat our musical theatre camp for a great summer activity.
This class will be a great mix of exciting theatre components: music, dancing, and acting. Students will love exploring and expanding their imagination and skills through a variety of creative games and activities. It’s really fun to make friends with people who love theatre in this small group setting. No experience required!
WHAT: CTE Musical Theatre Camp 2013
WHO: For anyone going into Grades 2 through 9 in fall 2013
WHEN: Monday through Thursday, July 8-11, 2013 from 12:30-3:00 pm (That’s 10 solid hours of theatre fun!)
WHERE: Elgin Community College Arts Center, 1700 Spartan Drive Building H, Elgin, IL 60123. A map will posted soon.
Wear comfortable clothing because you will be moving around a LOT. Bring a water bottle if you like.
COST: $150 per student
Payment is due in full by Thursday, July 5th. Make checks payable to “Children’s Theatre of Elgin” and send to Children’s Theatre of Elgin, 1700 Spartan Drive H104, Elgin, IL 60123. To pay with cash or in person, call Susan at 847-214-7152 to make arrangements. Please note that the office is closed on Fridays. Optional online payment is available at the time of registration with an additional $5 handling fee. Please note our workshop cancellation and refund policy below.

If you’re new to CTE, you will be getting a CTE ID number during the registration process.
For returning students: If you have forgotten the CTE ID number, don’t choose a new one or your past shows and workshops will not show up on your record. Call Susan at 847-214-7152 and she will help you out. Enjoy the classes!

Workshop cancellation and refund policy:
If CTE cancels a workshop class for any reason, parents will be notified immediately by email. Within five days, a rescheduled date and time will be sent by email to parents. If student is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a full refund of fees will be provided by CTE, minus credit card fees that may have been paid.
If parents need to cancel a student’s workshop registration due to illness or other emergency, CTE will provide a refund of 75% of fees, minus credit card fees, if any. However, parent must contact the CTE office at 847-214-7152 to request the refund within five (5) days of the scheduled class to receive a refund.
