Our two troupes present four major musical theatre productions annually on two full-size stages. Great family entertainment for all ages! Click on "Current Season" on the left to see what's in store.

Children's Theatre of Elgin (CTE) presents two shows at the Hemmens Cultural Center.

Open auditions are held for cast members ages 7-15 years for a cast of approximately 80 students.

Shows are primarily based on fairy tales and literature.

Fox Valley Theatre Company (FVTC) presents two shows at Elgin Community College's Arts Center. Open auditions are held for cast members ages 15-20 years to perform full-length Broadway musicals.

FVTC also sponsors a combined summer song-and-dance revue with CTE featuring approximately 40 pop, rock, and Broadway favorites.

Open auditions are held for cast members ages 7-20 years for the summer show.

Please note that a $1.00 per ticket VPAC facility fee applies to all ticket sales.  In addition VPAC charges a $4.00 fee for all phone and online orders.
