Thank you for choosing our Children’s Theatre of Elgin productions! Here's a summary of what to expect:

• When: Performances begin at 9:45 a.m.
• Where: The Hemmens Cultural Center, 45 Symphony Way, Elgin, IL 60120
• Cost: All tickets are $5.00 each. One free teacher ticket for every 20 tickets purchased!
• Group Size: School show performances are for prepaid groups of 10 or more. Subject to availability, individual tickets will be sold at the door for $7.00 each.
• Payment: We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Make checks payable to "Children's Theatre of Elgin" and send to CTE, 1700 Spartan Drive VPA 141A, Elgin, IL 60123.

• Terms: For payments by check or cash, a non-refundable 25% deposit payment is required to secure your reservation; balance of payment is due 30 days prior to performance. Orders made within 30 days of performance must be paid in full upon our receipt of your signed or online contract. For credit card payments, payment in full is due upon our receipt of your signed or online contract and a 3% handling fee charged. Tickets are not refundable.

• Tickets: Paper tickets are not issued for these performances. Groups are checked in upon arrival and seated in the next available section on a first-come first-served basis.
• How are school shows different than our other performances? 1) No intermission, 2) No concessions sales, 3) Sometimes the shows are shortened a bit so we can get school groups out on time.
• Remember to book your buses early!
