Important note:  PARENT/GUARDIAN or students over age 18 complete all CTE/FVTC forms. To complete audition registration, parent or guardian will also need to read and discuss the Cast Member Code of Conduct with student before marking agreement with its terms.

RETURNING STUDENTS - PLEASE READ

For returning students, PLEASE be sure to edit information and double-check that student's school, address, phone number, and email address are still correct. Then return to this page.

AUDITION REGISTRATION

NEW STUDENTS go to Audition Registration and look for instructions and link at the top of the page for getting a CTE ID number. At the end of that process, select the "Register for Audition" button to complete the registration. 

RETURNING STUDENTS go to Audition Registration and enter CTE ID number, complete the process and click "Submit."

All students should print out the Registration Summary, if possible, and bring it to the audition. Upon completion of online audition registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.

If you need to access the Registration Summary again after registering for an audition, just enter the CTE ID on the Audition Registration page and it will magically appear again.

If you have forgotten or can't find your CTE ID number, DO NOT MAKE UP A NEW NUMBER. Why? Because the record of your participation in past shows will be wiped out. Call our office at 847-214-7152 or write to cteelgin@hotmail.com and we will be happy to look up your CTE ID number.

WORKSHOP OR THEATRE CAMP REGISTRATION

First of all, you'll need a CTE ID number, so if you don't have one go to the General Registration form first, then come back here and select Workshop Registration.

To register a returning student, be sure to edit Information first to make sure your information is correct and then return to this page and go to Workshop Registration, complete, and "Submit."

A new feature: You may now pay your workshop fees by credit card online and be all set if you like.

No need to print anything out for classes--just come and enjoy! Upon completion of your online registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.

GENERAL REGISTRATION WITH CTE/FVTC

If for any reason you would like to complete the General Registration process and get your CTE ID in between shows or workshops, feel free to do so.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the on-line registration process, call the CTE/FVTC Office at 847-214-7152 or send an email to cteelgin@hotmail.com.
