Important note:  PARENT/GUARDIAN or students over age 18 complete all CTE/FVTC forms. To complete audition registration, parent or guardian will also need to read and discuss the Cast Member Code of Conduct with student before marking agreement with its terms.

RETURNING STUDENTS - PLEASE READ

Returning students should first edit Information such as student's school name or changes to email addresses and phone numbers so that we have an accurate record. (We're always amazed to see that some 17-year-olds that are still in elementary school!)

AUDITION REGISTRATION FOR ALL STUDENTS

Using student's CTE ID number, complete the Audition Registration  process and click "Submit."

NEW STUDENTS go to the same link and will see instructions and link at the top of the page for getting a CTE ID number. At the end of that process, just select the "Register for Audition" button to complete the registration. 

All students should print out the Registration Summary, if possible, and bring it to the audition. Upon completion of online audition registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.

If you need to access the Registration Summary again after registering for an audition, just enter the CTE ID on the Audition Registration page and it will magically appear.

WORKSHOP OR THEATRE CAMP REGISTRATION

To register for a workshop or theatre camp, complete the Workshop Registration and click "Submit." No need to print anything out for classes--just come and enjoy! Upon completion of your online registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.

 GENERAL REGISTRATION WITH CTE/FVTC

If for any reason you would like to complete the General Registration process and get your CTE ID in between shows or workshops, feel free to do so.
